Wedding Wednesday: Inspiration for Wedding Flowers in July – Jonathon & Hollie

For this week’s Wedding Wednesday blog post, I’m delighted to feature a real wedding which took place last July.

The happy couple are Jonathon and Hollie.  They got married in St Chad’s Church in Poulton-le-Fylde in Lancashire.

Their reception was at Cleveley Mere and in the grounds, they had set up tipi tents supplied by Special Event Tipis.

Florist Amanda’s Posy Bowl was responsible for creating the wedding flowers.

And the beautiful bridal bouquet and bridesmaids’ bouquets included pastel pink peonies, white lisianthus and pale green guelder rose.

Passion 4 Events were the wedding planners and the stunning floral-inspired wedding cake  (which you can see below) was created by Hollie’s talented Auntie!

The wedding was captured by Lucy Davenport.  And here are some more of her stunning photographs…

Did you notice the mini oak tree favours on the tables? Such a lovely idea!  And the tipis lit up at night look wonderful…

Many thanks to Lucy for all her help in compiling today’s blog post.

P.S.  If you’d like to read more about the wedding, do pop over to Lucy’s blog, where there are additional images and some lovely words from Hollie, the bride. She talks about her ideas and theme for her special day.
