It’s so lovely to finally feel that spring is here with the temperature starting to rise a little in the UK.
Here’s what I’ve been up to this week…including buying these new (and very budget friendly) spring blooms to brighten up my desk. They smell absolutely beautiful…
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
On Tuesday evening, I travelled into London for a ‘Making your blog work for you’ event organised by Made.com.
And it was lovely to catch up with fellow bloggers Carole from Dear Designer, Jo from Stylist’s Own, Zoe from My Interior Stylist and Kelly from Light Color Design. Plus meet Juliet from Creative Salvage.
On Friday, I went to a Press Evening to celebrate the launch of A Most Curious Wedding Fair.
It was lovely to meet some of the florists who are taking part in the event :
The fair is taking place this weekend at The Truman Brewery, Loading Bay Gallery, 91 Brick Lane, London, E1 6QL.
If you’re a bride-to-be, why not pop along? You’ll see some stunning floral arrangements created by the florists there, including this amazing design by Dora Kovacs.
And there are also wedding dresses, photographers, wedding stationery designers and cake designers.
I couldn’t resist capturing this wonderful flower adorned cake made by Katie at Pomp de Franc. Isn’t it just so pretty?

So, that’s a round-up of my week. I hope you have a lovely Saturday and I’ll be back tomorrow with lots of flowery links.
