Each time I visit the beautiful gardens at Loseley Park in Surrey, I love seeing how different they look depending on the time of year. I took the photos in today’s blog post in June when I was invited to a Press Event. Michael More-Molyneux, the owner of the house, gave us a brief tour of some of the history rich rooms, before head gardener Burney gave us a tour of the gardens.
I love the Rose Garden, brimming full of scented blooms…!
Thank you so much to Burney, (pictured on the left below) for the wonderful tour!
The gardens are open from May through to September. And you could combine your visit with one of the many events, which are held at Loseley Park throughout the year. For example, from Thursday until Monday, 18th August, the Surrey Sculpture Society Exhibition is taking place. Or if you’re a bride-to-be, you may like to visit the Wedding Fair, which takes place on October 5th.
P.S. There’s also a lovely tearoom there, which serves cakes and cream teas!
