It’s actually called a bloom chrysanthemum and this is one of the incurved varieties, which refers to the way that the petals curve in towards the centre of the flower.
I think this particular colour of ‘mum’, as they’re sometimes called, is so pretty. They’re usually available all year round and come in a range of colours, including white and yellow.
