It’s an official holiday in several countries including Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cambodia, Cuba, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Laos, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Zambia.
