I was really struck by her pretty homeware and thought I’d share some of her floral-inspired designs with you today, starting with the tea towels above.
Below you’ll find her coffee cosies, napkins, egg cosies, tea cosies, aprons, bags and cushions…and I’ll tell you a little bit more about the very talented lady behind these creations.
Based in a studio in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside, Charlotte hand-makes each design using linens and cottons sourced from around the UK.
She sews using free-hand machine stitch which means that no two items are exactly the same.
Charlotte finds inspiration in things from the ‘everyday’, from trips to the seaside, to the countryside where she lives and works.
I love the quirky nature of her designs and the wine glass tea towels particularly caught my eye. All of her homeware items would make perfect gifts as well as being a lovely present to yourself!
And she’ll be at the Country Living Spring Fair in London from March 21st-25th.
I look forward to seeing you tomorrow with my new blog post series, Flowerona reflects.
