Florist Zita Elze never ceases to amaze me with her beautiful wedding flower designs! And today on Wedding Wednesday, I’d like to share with you images of Zita’s stand at the Sandown Park Wedding Fair. Following a Mediterranean theme, a predominantly white and green colour palette was used, with just a hint of blush.
Flowers included nerines, narcissi, dahlias, anemones, agapanthus, astilbe, roses, ranunculus, waxflower, lilac, zantedeschia and campanulas. Olive trees were decorated with hanging glass jars and baubles, into which miniature bouquets had been placed. A bridesmaid dress from Little Bevan, together with a ceramic urn, had been decorated with Zita’s signature intricate ‘Living Embroidery’. On the top table, individual table settings were decorated with birch wood hearts adorned with tiny bouquets, bound with ribbon. And there were spectacular wedding cakes by Zoe Clark.
