From September 30th-October 2nd 2016, one of my favourite wedding shows, Brides the Show, is taking place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London. It’s a must-visit for brides-to-be looking for inspiration for their special day!
And in this week’s Wedding Wednesday blog post, I thought I’d share with you details of the fabulous florists who’ll be exhibiting there. In alphabetical order, they are:
- Grandirosa Floral Design Studio
- Hiding in the City
- Kate Alban Davies
- Philippa Craddock Flowers
- Ricky Paul
- Zita Elze
If you’re planning your wedding, it’s a wonderful event for not only seeing beautiful floral designs by some of London’s top florists, but you’ll also get a chance to meet the florists and discuss your plans for your big day. Here are some of their wedding flower designs from last year’s show.
Spend either the Friday evening or a full day on Saturday or Sunday, gaining inspiration from over 150 luxury suppliers, including not only florists but also wedding dress designers, venues, cake designers, photographers, stationery designers and videographers. Take part in hands-on workshops in the Imagination Room sessions and learn bridal beauty from the Bobbi Brown Pro experts.
There will be daily catwalk shows, created and styled by Brides magazine’s fashion director Bryony Toogood. And this year the catwalk will take on a captivating circus theme. Inspired by the acrobats and performers of the 30s travelling circus and the glamour of the era’s style icons – Marlene Dietrich, Greta Garbo and Jean Harlow – the look is all about confident, sassy showgirls and silver-screen legends.
Tickets are now on sale and this year, I’m delighted to offer Flowerona readers a special 25% Off Ticket Offer! Simply click here to book your tickets, quoting FLOWERONA. (This discount applies to all tickets except the Bridal Brunch.)
For more information about the show, visit the Brides the Show website. I really can’t wait to see all the breath-taking floral creations on the florists’ stands!
