Regular Flowerona readers will know that I adore Jo Rodwell of Jo Flowers’ work! And today I’m thrilled to feature images of her latest exquisite floral creations.
The very talented photographer who took these photos is Joanna Millington.
Jo says : ‘These images that Jo and I worked on were basically inspired by spring…mirroring the February skies with the grey backdrop, and spring flowers in soft muted tones with a hint of soft apricot.
Using early blossoming branches, narcissus, over-ripened tulips, hellebores, anemones, a couple of roses from the garden (very small and defrosted) and other seasonal finds, I created a selection of florals perfect for an early spring wedding.
Incorporating the beautiful Lancaster & Cornish silk ribbons in the bouquets and buttonholes, and bringing in some of my tatty furniture completed the look perfectly. Jo’s close-up shots blew me away. The colours are just so beautiful…’
Thank you so much to Jo for allowing me to feature her stunning work. If you’d like to see more of her designs, simply visit the Jo Flowers website.
P.S. Jo also has breath-taking images on her Instagram feed…
