Today, as part of my Florist Friday blog post series, I’m really thrilled to share with you details of florist Philippa Craddock’s new online collection & partnership with Selfridges. Her new range has three themes…Classic, Create and Grow. You can see examples from each theme below.
This collection of stunning hand-tied bouquets are designed in three size options and the pictures above and below show the largest size, which is called Sumptuous. The names of the six designs are inspired by British stately homes & castles.
This is a new concept in on-line flowers. A flower box packed full with a generous selection of inspiring blooms to be arranged at home. You can choose from three designs in Antique Pink, Seasonal White and Green or Eclectic. There are three sizes available.
Philippa’s second innovation is a generous number of stems of a single variety, delivered alongside either bulbs or seeds of the same flower to add longevity and life to the gift.
Behind the scenes at the Press Preview at Selfridges
Last Tuesday morning, I attended the Press Preview of Philippa’s new online collection at the Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar at Selfridges in London. I thought I’d share with you a few photos which I took whilst I was there. To greet everyone as they arrived was this stunning floral frame, which I absolutely loved!
Philippa and her team had also decorated the bar area. Doesn’t it look amazing?
Here’s a close-up. They’d used roses, lisianthus, astrantia, ranunculus, phlox, ammi and veronica.
On the tables were examples of each of the beautiful hand-tied bouquets, plus individual vases of some of their constituents.
Huge congratulations to Philippa on the launch of her new on-line offering and I’m so delighted for her that her wonderful designs are now also available via Selfridges.
