This week, I thought I’d start with a beautiful image by Georgianna Lane to brighten up your day.
It features my very favourite ranunculus blooms in a really unusual shade of pale peach.
My week
The first full working week and there have been lots of highlights…in particular the stunning wedding which I featured on Wednesday with six blog posts!
Monday & Tuesday
Both were mainly stay at home days, dealing with emails and writing blog posts.
Wednesday
On Wednesday afternoon I travelled into London to go to the Marks & Spencer Spring Press Event.
It was lovely to meet Simon Richards who is the Flower Product Developer at M&S. With him, I made this narcissi topiary tree below.
It’s now sitting on my desk as I write and the scent is absolutely beautiful. It’s been very much admired by my husband too!
Simon also talked me through M&S’s new spring flowers collection which includes this beautiful Rose & Agapanthus Bouquet below.
If you’d like to learn more about the collection, here’s a short video below featuring Simon:
Thursday
On Thursday afternoon, I went to New Covent Garden Flower Market for a meeting.
From February, I’ll be writing their Flower Market Monthly Report which I’m thrilled about!
And if you’ve not seen it before, here’s January’s report.
Friday
Friday was mainly a stay at home day, trying to tackle my email inbox and write blog posts.
My afternoon was truly made when I received this gorgeous bouquet from Jane Packer Delivered!
