Flowerona Survey 2012

Following on from my blog post earlier today, please find below a link to the Flowerona Survey which consists of 10 questions.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, what you like and dislike, so that I can build and improve Flowerona over the next 12 months.

If you’re a UK resident, simply enter your email address at the end of the survey and you’ll be in with a chance to win one of these books:

Terms & Conditions 

• The competition is for UK residents aged 18 and over.
• One entry per household only.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• The competition is open until midnight on Sunday, 16th December 2012.
• Each winner will be asked to confirm their postal address before the prize is awarded.

I’ll put all the names into a hat and choose three winners, one for each book. Winners will be notified by email during the week commencing Monday, 17th December.
