Instagram recently announced Instagram Business Tools to help companies better understand their followers and grow their businesses. The tools are currently being rolled out around the world and at the weekend, I noticed that they were available on my account when I downloaded the most recent version of the app.
With the new Instagram Business Profile:
– Customers can see valuable information like your contact information and business address.
– You get access to an Insights feature which gives information about which posts perform best, which days of the week and times are best to post, and the demographic breakdown of your followers.
– You can promote any posts you’ve shared and include a button like Learn More, to reach new customers in your target audience.
