In less than two weeks, it’ll be Valentine’s Day, so I thought I’d feature the beautiful arrangements which the Jane Packer Delivered team have created for people to send their loved-ones.
Pictured above is a design called ‘True Romance’ which is created using two dozen red Grand Prix roses and crimson foliage…stunning!
Continuing the red colour theme are ‘Bed of Roses’, ‘Classic Romance’ and ‘Seductive Rose’ below.
If you would prefer an alternative to red roses, the team have created these beautiful designs below in cream, white and lilac colour tones including ‘Rosy Cheeks’, ‘Fair Rose’, ‘Vintage Rose’, ‘April Showers’ and ‘Scented Meadow’.
It’s interesting that five out of the nine designs that the Jane Packer Delivered team have created for Valentine’s Day don’t feature red flowers.
And I’ve noticed on Twitter that some florists are advertising the fact that they’re not selling red roses.
For example, Glasgow-based florist, Lotte and Bloom and London-based florist, Bloomsbury Flowers.
There’s even a hashtag for it on Twitter: #noredroses.
So, how would you feel if your loved one sent or bought seasonal flowers for you instead of traditional red roses?
For example, a bouquet of red tulips, white roses or spring flowers? I’d love to hear your thoughts, so please feel free to comment below…
