Here is the final part showing step-by-step how he made a beautiful table arrangement in ‘summer pudding’ colours.
Shane started with a blue and white container, into which stems of sweet william had been arranged in water to act as a ‘nest’.
He added deep pink, almost red peonies…
…followed by stock in pink, purple and cerise.
He said that he had been taught never to put two flowers in at the same height, something which he still practises today.
He then added more scented blooms in the form of red, lilac and purple sweet peas.
And he advised the audience to arrange flowers in the same way that you would expect to see them growing in your garden.
Finally, he added green bell, which is also known as thlaspi. It added a uniqueness and lightness to the design.

And here’s a close-up shot. Isn’t it just stunning? And the scent was absolutely beautiful…
