I hope you had a great weekend…
I went for a short break to the New Forest for our wedding anniversary and had such a lovely time.
As well as a couple of walks in the forest where we saw wild ponies, we also went on a wonderful coastal walk across the shingle to Hurst Castle. And the sun even appeared on Saturday afternoon!
I thought, as it’s Mother’s Day this Sunday here in the UK, that I’d start off the week with some blog posts featuring bouquets created by florists for this special day.
All the beautiful designs in this first post have been created by London-based florist, WildAbout.
The bouquet above is called The Victoria and consists of a fabulous combination of pink blooms, including cymbidium orchids.
Below is a beautiful design called Vibrance…
And The Hampstead is the name of this bouquet below. It features scented white lilac nestling amongst beautiful pink roses.
This lovely white bouquet is called The Catherine. It includes large-headed white roses and delicate spray roses, together with hypericum and sprigs of scented rosemary.
The Chelsea is the name of this purple and lilac bouquet below.
And this design, called The Charlotte, includes pink and lilac roses, plus white lilac.
In addition to the bouquets above, WildAbout also have these lovely floral arrangements.
The first one is called The Spring Trio. It consists of three pots of hyacinths, paperwhite narcissi and freesias.
And this final design is called Tulip Trio, featuring three different varieties of this popular spring flower.
So, I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing WildAbout’s Mother’s Day collection.
