I hope you had a lovely weekend. The temperatures are definitely on a downward spiral here in the UK and it’ll soon be time to have our heating on…
But I do love the crisp sunny mornings we’ve had lately and seeing the beautiful shades of golds and browns, as the trees start to shed their leaves.
To add a little bit of sunshine to your Monday morning, I’m delighted to feature my ‘Blooming lovely!’ column in the new issue of Wedding Flowers magazine.
This month, I’m featuring:
- 3 blogs by UK florists : Lotte & Bloom, Little White Blog and Fairynuff Flowers
- Floral wedding invitations by Emily & Jo
- New Covent Garden Flower Market
- Artist, Charlotte Hardy
- Geodesis floral candles
I’m also thrilled to let you know that two of my photographs have been used in the magazine for a feature about the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show!
In this November/December 2011 issue, you’ll also find lots of inspiration for your wedding day, including a floral masterclass with London florist Jane Packer, who shows you how to make a carmen rose, pomander and tablecentre.
Plus there are fifty two pages of colour-themed arrangements including bouquets, buttonholes and tablecentres, six beautiful real-life weddings and gorgeous floral-inspired wedding cakes.
So, if you’re getting married soon, know someone who is or are a florist looking for ideas, I highly recommend picking up a copy of the magazine at your local newsagent.
