Earlier this year, I featured an interview with Philippa on Flowerona and it was such a pleasure to finally meet her in person.
She explained that she’d designed the stand to show three different themes, using the same base palette of warm grey, ivory and silver.
For a classic country look of white and green, she’d created a huge arch and pedestal design using David Austin Patience roses, Avalanche roses, hydrangeas and eucalyptus.
In the middle of the stand was an elegant collection of designs using pale pink blooms.
The flowers included O’Hara, Avalanche, Carousel, Illusion and David Austin Keira roses, together with Bombastic spray roses.
And lastly, Philippa had created a vibrant design using deep pink David Austin Miranda roses, All 4 Love and Deep Water roses, Lady Bombastic spray roses, hydrangeas and eucalyptus.
Isn’t the whole stand just absolutely beautiful? It really took my breath away when I walked into the show…
And if you’re interested in floristry lessons, she’s planning on opening a Flower School shortly…
