Next week, I will be relaunching my Instagram for Florists online course. And yes, I’ve deliberated for a very long time about whether this is the right thing to do. I’m extremely conscious of how many businesses in the floristry industry have been negatively impacted by the virus. From growers and wholesalers through to florists and flower schools. However, there are also some businesses who are flourishing due to their online revenue growth.
As you may have gathered from my Instagram account, I like many of you have been going through a rollercoaster of emotions over the last few weeks. Some days I’ve hit rock bottom and tears have been shed. Other days, helped I’m sure in part by the beautiful spring weather and connecting with fellow industry professionals via Zoom calls, I’m slowly starting to get used to this ‘new normal’.
From working through all the wonderful responses from my recent survey this week, something has become very apparent. Many of you are keen to use this enforced lull to learn and build your skillset, particularly with regard to social media. Many of you are concerned about how best to stay in contact with your customers during this crisis. You’re wondering what type of content to share…and ultimately how best to ride the coronavirus wave.
You may not have the gift of revenue right now. But you may have the gift of time to focus on enhancing your social media presence, not only for now but also to stand you in good stead for the future. This unexpected slower time is a chance to take stock, stand back, reflect, reset and grow…
So, this coming Monday, 27th April at 9am GMT, I’ll be re-opening registration for my Instagram for Florists online course. Registration will be open until Friday, 1st May at 5pm GMT.
The course will then start on Monday, 4th May and will run for 6 weeks.
SPECIAL OFFER
Due to the impact of the coronavirus on the floristry industry, I’m offering a special £100 discount on the course price. Instead of the standard price of £297, the price will be £197. This is either payable in one full payment or two installments. If you’d like to be one of the first to know when course registration opens, simply sign up to the Waiting List here.
Wishing you every success with your Instagram for Florists online course, Rona. I know how hard you have worked on it and how useful it will be.
Thank you so much Laura! 🙂 x
