I hope you had a lovely weekend. With less than ten weeks until Christmas Day, if you’re looking for floristry inspiration or starting to think about special gifts and treats for the festive period, the Spirit of Christmas Fair is the perfect place to visit. It’s taking place from November 4th-9th at Olympia in London.
My favourite part of the fair is the floristry workshops which take place each day…
House & Garden Workshops
Creating a Christmas Wreath with The Dorchester’s Designer Florist Phil Hammond : 11.30am (November 4th-6th)
The Dorchester’s designer florist Phil Hammond returns to Spirit of Christmas this year to demonstrate how to create an exquisite festive Christmas wreath during an interactive workshop. The wreath will be inspired by The Dorchester’s winter decorations in majestic colours of gold and bronze allowing participants to take home their own little piece of The Dorchester this Christmas.
Sensational Christmas Flowers with Hannah Bignell of Ruby & Grace, Florist to Cliveden House : 11.30am (November 7th-9th)
Using a selection of luxurious seasonal blooms, Ruby & Grace will show you with a step by step guide, how to make a sumptuous Christmas wreath to make your front door look beautiful over the festive season. This will be followed by an exercise making a seasonal place setting perfect to give your guests or family at your Christmas Day lunch or parties.
