Dyed flowers such as anemones and tulips have certainly been causing a stir this year on Instagram! Personally I’m not usually fond of ‘Toppings’ as they’re called like chocolate, frostwax, sugar, marshmallow, satin, glitter, pearl and snow.

Many congratulations to retailer Marks & Spencer for winning their fourth consecutive Gold Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, with this wonderful exhibit, The Floral Market.
Taking inspiration from British heritage markets including the original Floral Hall at Covent Garden Piazza and Borough Market, the design by Sallis Chandler featured more British flowers and plants than ever before. Homegrown stocks, hydrangeas and tulips were on display as cut flowers, together with Phalaenopsis orchid plants.… Read more
HUGE congratulations to the nationwide co-operative of artisan cut flower growers, Flowers from the Farm! On their debut appearance at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, they won a gold medal for their ‘Going to Market’ exhibit!
What’s more is that their founder Gill Hodgson from Fieldhouse Flowers met The Queen yesterday! And the excitement continues as Flowers from the Farm will be appearing on BBC1 Television tomorrow evening!
