Could you tell us what prompted you both to become florists?

Jessie: I’ve been a florist for over 9 years, since I was 15. I blindly applied for a job at a Waitrose and they offered me a part-time job in the floristry department. I’d never even considered working with flowers before, but I’ve always been creative.
