Yesterday, here in the UK, it felt so spring-like, especially in the afternoon. Whilst I was working away in my office, the sun was streaming in and I could hear the gentle chit-chat of birds outside my window. And in our garden, daffodils, hyacinths and muscari were enjoying the warmer temperature. The official start of spring this year is March 20th and not long after it, on March 30th, it’ll be Mother’s Day.
