Hello Flowerona readers! I hope you’re all well? If you’re wondering why there haven’t been any blog posts over the last week, it’s because I’ve been away. My husband Matt and I returned yesterday afternoon from a wonderful holiday on the beautiful island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea. At the weekend, a very special wedding show took place in London called Brides The Show. I went along on Saturday and was in awe of the wonderful floral designs created by the florists there…and in particular, the stand designed by Mary Jane Vaughan. I was thrilled to hear the next day that Mary Jane had been awarded the Editor’s Gold Design Award. Justly deserved…! She’d used a muted colour palette of soft pink, grey and sage green and had incorporated spring flowers and succulents into her design.… Read more
