This week on Wedding Wednesday, we’re returning to the florists’ stands at Brides The Show. And I’m delighted to feature images of Thoughtful Flowers’ stand. The very talented lady behind the company is Juliet Glaves and it was such a pleasure to meet her. I’d not come across Juliet’s beautiful work before. She explained to me that she grows all her own flowers and foliage on her farm in Shropshire, in open fields without chemicals to attract butterflies and bees, and other beneficial insects and wildlife.
For her stand, Juliet had created a range of wedding designs in two different colour schemes. Here are lots more images below for you to enjoy…
Isn’t this Cafe au Lait dahlia above just stunning?!
I love Juliet’s natural ‘just-picked’ look which is very on-trend for weddings at the moment. And what a wonderful combination of different textures and flower shapes! If you’d like to read more about Juliet and see photos of her farm, here’s a link to a wonderful interview on the Vogue website. And here are some real weddings she’s created wedding flowers for which have been featured on the Love My Dress and Rock My Wedding blogs.
