Thank you so much to all the wonderful delegates who attended our Social Media for Florists workshop in London yesterday! I’m still buzzing from the event…and am absolutely thrilled by all the amazing feedback!
In this week’s Wedding Wednesday post, I’m delighted to feature photos of Hiding in the City’s beautiful wedding flower designs at Brides The Show, which took place in London earlier this month. I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah Loughrey-Jennings, the founder of the business, when she attended one of our workshops earlier this year.
Sarah’s unique designs below featuring flower posies encased inside glass vases were so captivating! And I wasn’t the only person drawn to them to take photographs. They proved be such a hit with lots of visitors at the show. Aren’t they striking?!
Hanging designs and copper are two big trends in floristry at the moment and what a stunning way of capturing them both in this arrangement.
If impact is what you’re looking for, for your big day, then this urn brimming full of roses, amaranthus, blushing bride, rudbeckia, cosmos and an assortment of foliage would be perfect.
And I just loved these hanging designs with wire cloches!

P.S. If you missed my Flowerona Reflects video featuring the show, here’s a link which includes footage of the florists’ stands.
