Last weekend, Brides The Show took place in London. It was so lovely to see all the florists who were exhibiting there and I’ve captured their stands on camera and video to share with you. First up is the amazingly talented, Zita Elze. And I wasn’t the only one who was completely blown away by Zita’s breath-taking stand, as she won the Brides The Show Editor’s Gold Design Award! I’m so very thrilled for her.
Centre stage was Sleeping Beauty…an exquisite floral dress featuring a bodice embroidered with roses, hyacinth pips, hydrangeas and waxflower. The detail and intricate nature of the design was astonishing! It was complemented by a skirt made of silk organza and sea lavender, which is also known as limonium. Prepare to be wowed as you scroll down through the images…and do look out for the stunning floral-inspired wedding cakes created by Cakes by Krishanthi.
Seeing Zita’s innovative floristry style always takes my breath away! I loved the muted colour palette of the whole design, the ethereal effect of the sea lavender hanging gracefully from the tree branches and all the detailed floral arrangements. If you’d like to see more of Zita’s beautiful ‘Living Embroidery Bridal Collection’, do pop over to her website.
P.S. Zita has just recently joined Instagram!
Such a beautiful post, I just love this colour palette. I’m thrilled for Zita that she won gold too – so well deserved.
